Eligibility conditions
The customer must be over 18 years old and the legitimate owner of the pieces sent. We reserve the right to request additional documentation in accordance with current regulations.
Appraisal and payment process
Once the kit is received, we will issue an offer based on the current official gold price. The customer has 7 days to accept or reject. Once the offer is accepted, payment is made by transfer in less than 24 business hours.
Return of pieces
If the customer does not accept the offer, we will return all pieces at no cost and with insurance equivalent to the original shipment. Photographic records of the appraisal will be kept for reference.
Anti-money laundering
We comply with Law 10/2010 on the prevention of money laundering. We may reject operations that do not pass verification checks and will notify the authorities if necessary.
Applicable jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
